Q3: Do products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products include a 30-day replacement guarantee for defects or damages incurred during shipping.

Q4: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available in Phnom Penh. For other locations, please use our online payment options at checkout.

Q5: What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Contact support@hameycoffee.com with photos of the damage for quick resolution.
